Abigael Olubukola Ajiboye is the Head Finance of Lovonus Microfinance Bank, She is an experience microfinance banker, a goal getter, result oriented and a good team manager.
ADERONKE BANKOLE
HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
Aderonke Bankole is the Head, Human Resources and Admin Department of Lovonus Microfinance Bank Limited. She obtained her B.Ed in Guidance and Counselling from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State. She is a Certified Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Association of Elite Human Resources Professional. She has over 10 (ten) years experience in same role in different organization. She has undertaken several training in the course of her career.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, MANAGER(BDM)
Mr Abu Lucky U. is a seasoned professional in the financial industry, currently serving as the Business Development Manager (BDM) at Lovonus Microfinance Bank. He has honed his expertise over a decade within Lovonus MFB. His journey began as a Business Development Officer (BDO), He swiftly progressed through roles such as Credit Officer, Credit Risk Officer (CRO), Head of Operations (HOP), where he displayed exceptional leadership and organizational skills. As the DHM / BDM, he brings a wealth of expertise to the table, driving strategic initiatives which has positions him as a trusted leader and valuable asset to the organization. He is a Chartered Microfinance Banker (MCIB).

Shotunde Oludotun is an experienced IT professional. He currently serves as the Head of IT at Lovonus Microfinance Bank, overseeing system security, network management, and software deployment. With diverse roles in business development, programming, and IT support, he excels in customer service, team leadership, and problem-solving.

HEAD, LEGAL DEPARTMENT
Israel Eso is a skilled Legal Manager at Lovonus Microfinance Bank, specializing in strategic legal support and regulatory compliance. His expertise includes contract drafting, litigation risk management, and providing legal guidance on business decisions. He is committed to safeguarding the bank’s interests by developing and enforcing robust internal policies tailored to the microfinance sector's unique challenges. In his role, Israel oversees customer disputes, collaborates with external legal counsel, and ensures operational alignment with industry regulations. He is also known for his strong communication skills, effective management of workplace dynamics, and active community involvement, where he further hones his leadership abilities.

Kalu Chidinma Anne currently serves as the Deputy Head of Credit Risk and Enterprise at Lovonus Microfinance Bank, where she plays a crucial role in supervising, coordinating, and monitoring the bank's risk-related operational activities. Her extensive experience and deep understanding of risk management make her a valuable asset in this role. Chidinma’s journey with Lovonus Microfinance Bank began over a decade ago as a Marketer. She quickly progressed through the ranks, holding key positions, including Regional Head of Marketing. In this role, she was responsible for planning, developing, and implementing business marketing strategies that aligned with the bank's corporate goals. Her leadership in determining and tracking KPIs for the Business Development team, as well as her expertise in executing market strategies, has been instrumental in driving the bank’s growth.
PETER OLABANJI
HEAD OF OPERATIONS(HOP)
Olabanji Adekunle Peter is the Head Of Operations at Lovonus MFB,he has a B.sc Degree in Business Administration and MBA in Financial Management. He has over 10 years Banking Operations experience in various Financial Institutions. He is a Certified Microfinance Banker of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

HEAD, INTERNAL CONTROL
Iriowen Osemwegie Alex is the Head of Internal Control & Audit at Lovonus Microfinance Bank. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He is a top-performing, result-oriented, vibrant and experienced Chartered Banker and Chartered Accountant with years of industry experience in Accounting, Internal Control, Audit, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Credit Management, & procurement management.
